DV Hosting Expands Operations After ₹1 Crore TurboHost Acquisition
September 2026: DV Group has expanded its hosting business following the acquisition of TurboHost in a deal valued at ₹1 crore. The transaction will result in TurboHost being integrated into DV Hosting over the coming months.
The acquisition includes the transition of TurboHost customers, hosting services and related operational activities to the DV Hosting platform.
Integration Process Now Underway
DV Group has started preparing the integration process, with TurboHost customers expected to move to DV Hosting in multiple phases rather than through a single large-scale migration.
This phased approach is intended to allow customer accounts, hosting services and associated data to be transferred in a controlled manner.
Existing Customers Will Continue Receiving Services
During the transition period, existing TurboHost customers will continue to have access to their active services.
Customers will be informed about migration dates, account changes and any required steps before their individual services are transferred to DV Hosting.
TurboHost Brand Set to Exit the Market
Once the migration and integration process is completed, TurboHost is scheduled to discontinue its independent operations by February 2027.
Following the shutdown, the migrated customer base and services will operate under the DV Hosting brand.
DV Hosting to Become the Unified Platform
The acquisition forms part of DV Group's plan to consolidate its hosting operations under a single platform.
DV Hosting will become the primary destination for customers moving from TurboHost, bringing hosting accounts, infrastructure services and customer management together under one brand.
Next Steps for Customers
TurboHost customers are expected to receive further updates as the migration progresses. Until an official migration notice is issued for an account, customers can continue using their existing TurboHost services as usual.
Additional information regarding account transfers, billing and service management is expected to be communicated throughout the integration period.
